Chelle's Homemade Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing Recipe

Makes 13 servings


Season to taste - I added just a little bit of black pepper. 1 serving = 1 tbsp.

Ingredients
1/2 cup light-tasting olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp italian seasoning
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients into small, pourable container.

  2. Season to taste.

  3. Shake well. Let sit for at least an hour before using, to let items blend.

  4. Use on salads, pasta, etc.
