Cherry Almond Coconut Protein Balls

Recipe Ingredients for Cherry Almond Coconut Protein Balls

1 cup raw almonds
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup Cherries Dried Fruit

Recipe Directions for Cherry Almond Coconut Protein Balls

  1. In a food processor, combine the cottage cheese, almonds, maple syrup, and cinnamon until a paste forms.

  2. Mix oats, coconut, and cherries in a separate bowl.

  3. Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix well.

  4. Form into 12 balls and place on a small wooden cutting board lined with parchment paper.

  5. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

  6. Allow to thaw five to 10 minutes before eating.
