i also did some researching and found few solution

-surgery(expensive and i`m only 16 so NO!!!!)

-some medison( i stay away from those things)

Work outs( already tried)

- and FInally something i found interesting, i read lots of articles of people who went from "man boobs" and found they used turmeric spice to help reduce em.

My question- does turmeric really targets chest fat? if ya, WHERE CAN I BUY IT????

Look, you're 16 going on 17... Honestly, I wouldn't be worrying about this until you're at least 19. Your body is still growing and changing and from the sounds of it you're being good with exercising and eating healthy(?). Point is, give your body time to grow up. I know its not easy, also take a look at your male relatives...is this something they have as well?

Tumeric is known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-tumor properties.  There have been some noted positive effects in it reducing chest fat...but the most important thing to remember here is that chest fat or it's more 'technical term' - Gynecomastia - can be a normal part of adolescence... with a mild form affecting up to 70 percent of boys!! Kid's your age liver's can't keep up with the testosterone raging through their bodies, and what the liver can't process converts to estrogen, causing painful nipples, puffy breasts or both. This almost always GOES AWAY once the liver adjusts.

You are still a teenager..give it time. It is much more common in your age group than you think.

This usually disappears once the liver adjusts.

Working your chest will not burn fat on your chest. Your body burns fat from wherever it feels like, there's nothing you can do to change it.

Turmeric is sometimes known as yellow ginger. you can buy it in powder form or as the fresh root from most asian grocery stores. It is what adds the deep yellow colour to many curries. If you apply it directly onto your body, your skin will also turn yellow. For a while. So will any clothing that it touches.

I just have to ask...why in the hell would anybody apply tumeric to their body? Well, then again....I've heard crazier stuff.

Not sure about why anyone would intentionally apply tumeric to their body...but I have definitely managed to stain my hands yellow while making falafel :)

Oh, like you've never had to fake jaundice before.

HA!!!

Good idea!! Next time I don't feel like going into work..I'll roll around in a mound of tumeric and send pics to people showing them how sick with jaundice I am! With the amount of liquor I can tolerate, they'll never doubt me and my 'failing' liver!

Asian-balinese inspired type spas often have  a turmeric + something wrap/scrub. Supposedly anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. So the claim that it may help with the OP's chest fat problem might have some basis. I've done one myself, but the mixture was honey + turmeric + sth else can't remember. It does leave a light yellow tinge overall but it was accompanied by a scrub, so that was probably why I didn't stay yellow for long :). Did it work? Maybe, but with that amount of pampering the skin should look better no matter what you put on it!

Check here http://www.gynecomastia.org/ for more information.

FYI: Turmeric is also found in curry powder.
