Chest Fat and stuff ...

Quote  |  Reply
I have been asking lot of questions on here and thank everyone who's helped me.

This one is a little silly but at what weight do "man boobs" start to disappear? I seem to have a lot of fat in the chest / shoulder area, its like my chest melts into my back / shoulder which creates a big clump of fat on both sides. Am I deformed or do I have to loose weight before my upper body looks normal.

How much weight are you now? Did you have them when you were thin? If not, it probably isn't a deformation and they should go down as you weight goes down.

My advice would be to start doing a little weight training. If you can't afford a gym, go to your local thrift store and look for weights there.

Here is some places to learn the right way to work with weights
