4 serving Knudsen Family Organic Black Currant Nectar
32 oz Aloe Vera Juice

Recipe Directions for Chia-Aloe Juice

  1. Add 8 Tbsp chia seeds to 32 oz water. Shake immediately and frequently until gelled, anywhere between 5-30 minutes.

  2. Once a thick gel forms, add 32 oz. currant nectar and 32 oz aloe juice or gel.

  3. Drink 8 oz. and lots of water!
