Chia seed muffins from Dr.Oz

Recipe Ingredients for Chia seed muffins

1.5 cup Gluten Free Baking Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Chia Seed
1 cup Sweetpotato
1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
2 large Egg, White
4 oz Agave Syrup
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup Blueberries
0.33 tbsp Xanthan Gum

Recipe Directions for Chia seed muffins

  1. Mix together wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.

  2. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

  3. Scoop into muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350˚F.
