| 2 | pounds ground chicken |
| 12 | oz tomato paste |
| 31 | oz Brooks chili beans |
| 15 | oz black beans |
| 28 | oz diced tomatoes |
- brown 1 onion and chicken, then add paste cook
- add all beans and tomatoes
- add 90 oz water
- bring to a boil
- let simmer and cook down for about 1-2 hours
