Chicken Breast Marinated in Lite Italian Dressing
U guys have to try this...
What I usually do is season the chicken breast with adobo which is spanish but salt and pepper is just fine and I marinate the breast in lite italian dressing then I either broil or bake with onions and pepper (any kind)..delicious with rice!
Isn't that great i love the Italian dressing either lite or fat free i marinate in the dressing and then i throw it on the grill and i think the dressing marinade makes the chicken very moist. Try it on the grill it is delicious

Is that fat free Italian dressing? I ask because the only time I tried using it, it burned black under the broiler. Now I just make my own marinade from vinegar and italian herbs, garlic etc.
If you use fat free, how do you keep it from burning?
If you like a little "kick" to your marinade add 2-3 Tb. of Franks Red Hot to the mix. Is reallllyyyy yummy and not too spicy at all. Just kindof switches things up a little bit.
Has anyone put chicken with the fat free italian in a crockpot to just simply cook the chicken????
