Chicken Broccoli Rice Recipe

Brown rice cooked in fat-free,salt-free chicken broth with chicken and broccoli

Ingredients
2 cups brown rice
2 1/2 cans fat free chicken broth
2 cups broccoli
3 chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
  1. This is something I made so I could freeze them in individual containers for lunches at work.

  2. Rice in broth and use water to make remaining 4 cups of fluid, if needed. Microwave for 15+ minutes until tender.

  3. Bake chicken while waiting, mix with rice. Adding raw or frozen broccoli to hot mix will eliminate need to cook it. Dole out in 5 containers and freeze. Warming each container at work as needed is all the cooking your veggies will need.
