This recipe is adapted from one found at Kraftfoods.com. I haven't tried it out yet, but it looks good!
| 3 | medium carrots |
| 3 | celery stalks |
| 3/4 | cup chopped onion |
| 1 | can chicken broth |
| 1 | can cream of chicken soup |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
| 4 1/2 | cups broccoli florets |
| 2 | cups skim milk |
| 3 | medium potatoes |
| 16 | oz chicken breast |
| 1 | Parsley, garlic powder, and pepper to taste |
- Cut chicken into small pieces and cook in a pan, if you would like (raw chicken will cook in the crock pot, but cooking it before you put it in gives it a little bit of color).
- Put vegetables, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, cooked or uncooked chicken, milk, and pepper into the crock pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked all the way through.
- Flavor with parsley, garlic powder, pepper, and other spices to taste
- Enjoy!
