sounds healthy right? well thats what i thought..until i read on here they can be up to 700 calories. i thought i was doing so good dodging the burger king in the cafeteria at my school, but this does not seem much better.
people say everything in moderation is fine, so do you think having a wrap once a week wont hurt me?
I find a high calorie count once a week helps me to lose weight.
You'll find that almost anything with a creamy sauce/dressing is going to be quite high in calories. I don't know if they are pre-made, but if you can ask them to make you one without the sauce (maybe some mustard instead?), then the calorie content would be considerably less.
High calorie does not mean unhealthy, just as low calorie is not necessarily healthy.
If I get a wrap, I always get it without the dressing. Those calories can definitely add up!
