Quick chicken dish
| 1.22 | lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts |
| 1/2 | c. water |
| 1/2 | c. white wine |
| 1 | tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard |
| 1 | chicken bouillon cube |
| 1/2 | c. skim milk |
| 1 | tbsp. flour |
| 1/2 | tsp. parsley flakes |
- Combine water, wine, mustard, bouillon in skillet. Add chicken and simmer about 20 minutes.
- Whisk flour into milk (or plain yogurt). Add to skillet for 10 more minutes of cooking time. Garnish with parsley.
- Serve with rice and a vegetable.
