Chicken Dijon Recipe

Quick chicken dish

Ingredients
1.22 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. white wine
1 tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Directions
  1. Combine water, wine, mustard, bouillon in skillet. Add chicken and simmer about 20 minutes.

  2. Whisk flour into milk (or plain yogurt). Add to skillet for 10 more minutes of cooking time. Garnish with parsley.

  3. Serve with rice and a vegetable.
