| 4 | cups milk, fluid non fat |
| 1 | can cream of mushroom soup |
| 17 | oz. Beef, Top Loin |
| 1/2 | cup flour |
| 3 | tbs Olive oil |
| 1 | Salt and Pepper to tast |
- Cut your cubed steak into small pieces
- place the flour, salt and peper into a ziplock baggie than put the Meat into the baggie and shake untill well coated.
- heat pan over medium high heat. once heated add Olive oil. let the oil heat through
- Add in meat. brown the meat well. than add in the rest of the flour to make a rou.
- Add all the water and the can of soup heat all the way through untill boiling
- stir well and often. serve over rice.
