Chicken Fried Steak and Gravy Recipe

Makes 8 servings


Yummy and delisious over rice. one of our famlies favorites.

Ingredients
4 cups milk, fluid non fat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
17 oz. Beef, Top Loin
1/2 cup flour
3 tbs Olive oil
1 Salt and Pepper to tast
Directions
  1. Cut your cubed steak into small pieces

  2. place the flour, salt and peper into a ziplock baggie than put the Meat into the baggie and shake untill well coated.

  3. heat pan over medium high heat. once heated add Olive oil. let the oil heat through

  4. Add in meat. brown the meat well. than add in the rest of the flour to make a rou.

  5. Add all the water and the can of soup heat all the way through untill boiling

  6. stir well and often. serve over rice.
