chicken legs ... :o(

Quote  |  Reply

ok here's my problem ... i have legs like a horse .. pretty much all muscle except for the lil inner part of thighs (typical) ... and to me, they are HUGE .. how does one go about reducing muscle mass in the lthighs .. is it even possible? i want my thighs to be smaller ... i want my jeans to fit properly .. not skin tight on my thighs and blowing in the wind on my calves ... I have chicken legs and i hate them .. any honest ideas?

I suppose the only way to do it is to completely rest the leg muscles so that they reduce...   If you do a lot of cycling or running, tone it down to walking, for example.  If you don't do cycling and running and you still have big thighs then I don't think there's a lot you can do to beat genetics except lose weight (assuming you're overweight) and hope any inner-thigh-fat disappears.  Good luck

Wait... I thought chickens had skinny legs?

Regardless, it's not muscle that's the problem.
