Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Lumpiang Shanghai Filling

2 pounds chicken, uncooked
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper, ground
6 scallions, chopped
6 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Chicken Lumpiang Shanghai Filling

  1. Combine all ingredients. Cut spring roll wrappers in half: diagonally to make triangles (if you prefer lumpia ends closed. I cut horizontally and leave lumpia ends open.
