Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Murghi
| 3 | g grapeseed oil |
| 415 | g chicken breast, chopped |
| 330 | g onions, chopped |
| 170 | g Yoghurt |
| 161 | g bell pepper, chopped |
| 142 | g tomato, chopped |
| 25 | g Murghi Curry Seasoning |
Recipe Directions for Chicken Murghi
- Heat the oil - fry the onions until softened.
- Add the chicken, seasoning and yoghurt - stir to mix well. Add a little water if necessary. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the chopped pepper and tomato (and water if necessary) and simmer for a further 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has desired consistency.
- Serve with naan over rice.
