This is healthier and soooo much better tasting than buying chicken already breaded and frozen.

Recipe Ingredients for CHICKEN - Pan Fried, Lightly breaded, 1 fillet

1 c bread crumbs
4 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 chicken breast, skinless/boneless
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 plus any herbs, eg. oregano, basil, rosemary or thyme, to your taste

Recipe Directions for CHICKEN - Pan Fried, Lightly breaded, 1 fillet

  1. Mix bread crumbs & parmesan cheese together ().

  2. Fillet chicken breasts to make 8 fillets

  3. Beat egg & dip chicken fillets

  4. coat fillets with bread crumb mixture

  5. grease griddle or fry pan with olive oil

  6. Brown on both sides

  7. You will know the chicken is cooked when it feels firm when you press with a fork.

  8. Line serving dish/platter with paper towel to soak any excess fat/oil.
