Chicken and Peppers Recipe

Makes 8 servings


a great dish to serve over rice, family favorite.

Ingredients
13 g 1TBS EVOO
720 g 4 chicken breast
150 g 5 sweet red peppers
150 g 5 sweet yellow or orange peppers
60 g 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
122 g 2 1/4 cup servings equivilant to 2 eggs
10 g 2TBS corn starch
1 salt and peper to tast
6 g 2 cloves of garlic
Directions
  1. slice all the peppers and set them aside.

  2. thinly slice the chicken breast

  3. in a gallon size ziplock bag place your eggs or beaters(calories will be different if you use real egg), the corn starch, the salt and pepper and mix realy wellplace your sliced chicken into the bag and squish around till well coated.

  4. heat up your pan with medium high heat. once hot add the olive oil.

  5. once hot place the chicken into the pan. fry untill cooked well

  6. place the peppers ontop and cover to let steam for 5 min.

  7. serve over rice.
