COOK CHICKEN IN A SKILLET WITH 1/4 TSP OLIVE OIL. ADD CHICKEN AND CHEESE IN BETWEEN THE TWO TORTILLAS. PLACE STUFFED TORTILLAS IN THE SKILLET AND BROWN ON BOTH SIDES.
