So I guess it's not really a recipe but I just made a chicken salad that turned out pretty good. I had a can of that chicken breast stuff, 3g fat 120 cal, and mixed it with my ranch salad spritzer dressing (if you havent tried this stuff, DO. its very good and 15cal for 10 sprays), diced tomatoes, diced green peppers, and chopped lettuce. Threw some pepper in.. chilled for a couple hours & put on wheat bread. Very good.
