| 1 | lb chicken breasts, cut into strips |
| 1 | tbsp oregano |
| 1 | tbsp pepper |
| 1 | tbsp dill |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp lemon juice |
- Place chicken into a ziplock bag with oregano, dill and pepper. Shake to make sure all pieces are coated. Refrigerate and let marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix olive oil and melon juice and set aside.
- Cook chicken on a non-stick skillet. After cooked immediately dizzle with lemon and olive oil mixture.
- Serve with Tzatziki, Feta Cheese and Pita Bread.
