Chicken Souvlaki Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp dill
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
  1. Place chicken into a ziplock bag with oregano, dill and pepper. Shake to make sure all pieces are coated. Refrigerate and let marinade for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Mix olive oil and melon juice and set aside.

  3. Cook chicken on a non-stick skillet. After cooked immediately dizzle with lemon and olive oil mixture.

  4. Serve with Tzatziki, Feta Cheese and Pita Bread.
