Quiche with chicken and vegetables, cottage cheese, provolone, and garlic!
| 1 | pie crust |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1 1/2 | cups spinach (cooked) |
| 2 | medium onions |
| 1/2 | cup diced chicken |
| 1/2 | cup cottage cheese |
| 1/2 | cup provolone cheese |
| 2 | tbsp basil (fresh) |
| 3 | cloves garlic |
- Line pie pan (9") with premade pie crust.
- Saute onions and garlic until soft. Add chicken, cook until warm. Add spinach (if raw spinach, use approx 4 c fresh and saute slightly longer).
- Mix together eggs and cheeses.
- Add sauted vegs to eggs.
- Pour all into prepared pie crust.
- Bake until done
