| 12 | oz chicken |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 1 1/2 | tsp. oil |
| 28 | oz broth, beef |
| 28 | oz tomatoes, canned, stewed |
| 1 | c salsa |
| 1 | tbs cumin |
| 1 | cup pinto beans (cooked) |
- cook, debone, and shred chicken
- add minced garlic to oil in slow cooker. Saute.
- Combine all ingredients. cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours.
- May ladle soup over cube of Moneterey Jack Cheese; garnish with fat-free sour cream and tortilla chips
