Chicken Waldorf Salad Recipe

Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 medium granny smith apple
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup grapes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
2/3 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Have ingredients chilled. Cor and dice apple; sprinkle with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
