8 oz canned diced green chilis
1 lb shredded monterey jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. flour
8 oz sour cream

Recipe Directions for Chili Cheese Baked Omelete

  1. Mix all together

  2. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 9 x 13 pan for 30 - 40 minutes.

  3. The top should be nicely browned.
