WW Chicken recipe
| 4 | oz chicken breast |
| 1 | teaspoon flour |
| 1/4 | t. Southwest Chipolte seasoning |
| 1/4 | t. Chili powder |
| 1 | t olive oil |
| 1/4 | c. chicken broth |
| 1 | tablespoon lime juice |
Combine flour, and seasonings. Put chicken breast in flour to coat. Heat oil in skillet and fry chicken under tender on both sides. Pour chicken broth and lime juice over chicken and cook until broth is thickened
