Chili - No Beans Recipe

Makes 5 servings


chili - no beans, makes a good pasta or potato topper

Ingredients
1 1/4 lb lean ground beef
14 1/2 oz canned tomatoes
8 oz tomato paste
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbl chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Directions
  1. sautee onion and garlic

  2. add ground beef when onions begining to become clear

  3. when grouind beef is done add tomatoes, tomato paste, seasonings.

  4. allow to thicken

  5. top with cheese or sour cream as you prefer
