Chilling Roti Recipe

My first try at Indain Roti flat bread.

Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
1 /4th tsp Ground Ancho chilli
1 /4th tsp Ground Dundicut peppers
1 /4th tsp cumin powder
1 /4th tsp Powdered Ginger
1 /4th tsp ajwain seeds
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients and make dough by adding enough water.

  2. Cover and keep it aside for half an hour.

  3. Take small ball one by one , roll it out flat and form roti's ahead.

  4. Cook on a heated caste iron pan over medium heat.

  5. Serve warm.
