My first try at Indain Roti flat bread.
| 2 | cups wheat flour |
| 1 | /4th tsp Ground Ancho chilli |
| 1 | /4th tsp Ground Dundicut peppers |
| 1 | /4th tsp cumin powder |
| 1 | /4th tsp Powdered Ginger |
| 1 | /4th tsp ajwain seeds |
| 2 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1 1/2 | tsp salt |
- Mix all the ingredients and make dough by adding enough water.
- Cover and keep it aside for half an hour.
- Take small ball one by one , roll it out flat and form roti's ahead.
- Cook on a heated caste iron pan over medium heat.
- Serve warm.
