Chocolate Banana Splenda Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Yummy and low cal, low sugar "sweet" alternative!
| 2 | medium bananas |
| 1 1/4 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 3/4 | cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Granular |
| 1/4 | cup unsweetened cocoa |
| 1/3 | cup unsweetened applesauce |
| 1/3 | cup water |
| 1 | teaspoon baking soda |
| 1 | teaspoon white vinegar |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | ICING |
| 1 | packet dream whip |
| 1/2 | packet vanilla sugar free fat free instant pudding mix |
| 1 | cup skim milk |
| 3/4 | cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Granular |
| 1 |
- Heat oven to 350°F. Place bananas in ungreased 9-inch square pan; mash with fork.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 45 minutes.
- Mix icing ingredients with hand mixer and frost on cooled cake.
- Store in the refrigerator
