Chocolate Banana Splenda Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Yummy and low cal, low sugar "sweet" alternative!

Ingredients
2 medium bananas
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 ICING
1 packet dream whip
1/2 packet vanilla sugar free fat free instant pudding mix
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Granular

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place bananas in ungreased 9-inch square pan; mash with fork.

  2. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 45 minutes.

  3. Mix icing ingredients with hand mixer and frost on cooled cake.

  4. Store in the refrigerator
