Anyway, back to my point, i know i'm not the only chocolate addict on here and i'm wondering how you guys curb your cravings. Everymorning when i go to make my breakfast and see the bag of semi-sweet morsels in the baking cupboard i can't help but take a handfull...or two... I know horrible...

DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY REALLY GOOD CHOCOLATELY/SWEET DESERT IDEAS THAT ARE GOOD FOR TAKING CARE OF SUGAR CRAVINGS. OR ANYTHING REALLY THAT THEY'VE TRIED THAT CAN HELP ME? THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Dark chocolate! I buy a bar every once in a while and let myself have a piece every once in a while. And a good treat in cake form is the smart ones chocolate cakes. They come two in a pack, only 280 calories a piece! MMMMMMMMMMMMM
I tried those cereals that have chocolate in them. They are actually pretty good. Only problem is they are higher in calories. The one I tried was Life cereal w/ chocolate I think it was about 190 cals/serving...

When I am dying for chocolate sometimes a pudding cup does the trick. It is only about 100 cals
CLIF Zbars. Chocolate Brownie flavor. They taste really good, they're 120 cals and they have the magical ability to make you not hungry anymore. One is enough. Oh yeah, and when I say they taste good, I don't mean "good for an energy bar"; I mean actually good. Also, they are cheap. I don't know what I'd do without them.

CLIF LUNA bars are burlier -- 190 calories -- but I'd rather have a Caramel Brownie LUNA than a whole bag of Chips Ahoy. They are SO tasty, and they are real food.
deep chocolate vita muffins! these things are absolutely delicious and only 100 calories, VERY little fat, and 1/2 or a ton of minerals and vitamins! I'm hooked! Then come frozen and you heat them... I don't know how they do it! And I don't understand why everything can't be made in a similar process ;D  I mean 100 calories for essentially a chocolate chip muffin?! I've been trying to find the secret... the one bad thing... but I can't! haha
i second the deep chocolate vita muffins!!! well actually its the vitatops that are 100 calories.  The muffins are 200.  they ALSO have brownies.  You can order em online!!! And if ya do it fast, you can get free shipping (with the HG promo code of HGFling) until midnight TONIGHT.  So I suggest you do it :)

They get an A on here. 5 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber, so many vitamins and minerals.  oh so good for you.

I eat chocolate every monring.  Oh and dove has a really good sugar free chocolate. YUM 37cals a piece but oh so melt in your mouth :)
fat free, sugar free chocolate (or swirl) pudding (60 calories per serving); adora dark chocolate calcium supplements (1 disk = 30 calories & has 500mg of calcium); vita brownies & chocolate vita muffins & vita tops (100 calories); frozen fat free fudge bars (not sure about calories, 60 i think); chocolate frozen yogurt (120 calories per 1/2 cup); light chocolate soy milk (60 calories for 1/2 cup & turns kashi golean cereal into cocoa krispies! not really, but it tastes totally chocolately & decadent); ... i guess i like chocolate too! www.hungry-girl.com has some interesting dessert recipes, even chocolate brownie muffins made with pumpkin (search for Yum Yum Brownie Muffins). they're not so low in calories at 180, but higher in fiber than normal brownie recipes.

i love taking a warm brownie muffin & adding 1/4 cup of frozen yogurt & mushing it all up together. it's not cheap, at 240 calories, but it satisfies a chocolate craving.
Central Market Organics Chocolate Truffles.

they are imported from France, dark, rich, and so smooth you can barely feel their presence as they oh so gently and slowly liquefy in your mouth.

this is the manna Jeff Buckley sang about:

Love turn me on \ Let me turn you all over with my thumb on your tongue \ Rest your heel on my shoulder \ Your love is like chocolate on the tongue of God \ Love turn me on \ Let me turn you all over with my thumb on your tongue \ Rest your heel on my shoulder \ Your love is like chocolate melting on the tongue of God...

they are only 56 kCals each, and you get to experience the utter bliss of treating yourself to the real thing. you can have 2, and still only be over the diet pudding cup by 18 calories! if you have no idea what Central Market is, go to specialty/gourmet grocers (Whole Foods should do nicely), and search for imported dark chocolate truffles.

seriously-if chocolate is your crack, stop screwin' around with the morsels. once you have tried these babies...they make morsels seem like a crime against humanity.

I have had success with the Ricotta cheese and unsweetened cocoa powder.  Add one or two sweeteners to this and it really helps a lot.  It tastes good and not fattening.

I have also tried it with almond flavor, strawberry flavor, vanilla flavor, rum flavor and some combinations.  It curbed my sweet tooth.

CocoaVia products.  Luna bars.  I would die without Luna bars.  x.x
Skinny cow chocolate ice cream sandwiches!!!! (140 cal, 1.5 g fat)

100 cal snack pack oreo crisps (crumble and mix with fat free cool whip for a good cookies and cream mix...)

And the small wrapped pieces of Dove milk chocolate you can get in bags at Walgreen's or where ever....only 40 cals a piece (but you need some will power to stop at the one or two...)
I LOVE chocolate too.
I make my morning oatmeal with either chocolate protein powder or cocoa powder and some splenda. It's a great taste and sometimes I'll eat some just before going to bed - it's like eating a warm, gooey brownie.
Sometimes I like to melt semisweet chocolate (10 grams) into 1 tablespoon of natural almond butter and spread it on a tortilla factory wheat tortilla. SO SO SO good. You could also put it on a piece of light bread and it's amazing.
Good luck finding things that are chocolate-y!
OK, my first post ever --  but I have to chime in on this one!  My lo-cal way of curbing a chocolate craving is to mix Coco-Puffs or Coco Krispies cereal into vanilla no-fat yogurt.  I buy the cereal variety packs with the little boxes for portion control.  The chocolate cereal makes the yogurt nice & chocolate-y and it's a nice treat any time of day.
Luna Bars.  Clif Nectar dark chocolate walnut bar (2 servings of fruit!) and Soy Delicious makes a creamy chocolate fudge bar that's 100 cals - haven't tried it yet, but the creamy raspberry bars (90 cals) are orgasmically good.

Remember that it is better to allow yourself a bit of something that satisfies your craving than it is to put it on the list of permanently banned items and end up binging.  I eat a square of dark chocolate every day during the week out of the month when chocolate seems to be vital to life function.  And I eat it slowly and let it melt on my tongue.  Don't forget to completely enjoy your treats.
i found slim-a-bear chocolate ice cream sandwiches, a little smaller then the skinny cow ones but even more delicious!
Buy a natural trail mix with chocolate chunks in it.

I bought the Rocky Mountain Mix from Aurora products. It's 160 calories per 1/4 cup of mix. I measure out a 1/4 cup to make sure I don't eat too much, and I find that the chocolate chunks combined with the nuts and raisins leaves my chocolate/sugar craving satisfied. I usually eat a serving after a workout.

Quaker makes rice cakes that are coated in chocolate and have choc. chips in them...rice cakes come in all flavor for lots of different cravings.. i have become addicted!
I only let myself have dark chocolate dove minatures.   Easier to stop eating them since I am not a dark chocolate lover.  Sometimes I eat them with a little of peanut butter.  Also Quaker Mini Delights Chocolately Drizzel are good and only 90 calories a bag.
