Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

LOW FAT AND LOW CARB

Ingredients
3/4 apple sauce
1 1/4 cup sugar twin brown sugar
2 egg whites
1/3 cup skim milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. SPRAY COOKIE SHEET WITH COOKING SPRAY

  2. IN A LARGE BOWL CREAM TOGETHER APPLESAUCE AND BROWN SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH.

  3. BEAT IN EGG WHITES . HEN STIR IN MILK AND VANILLA

  4. SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR AND CINNAMON. ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE.

  5. ADD OATS 1 CUP AT A TIME MIXING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION.

  6. FOLD IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS

  7. DROP BY ROUNDED TEASPOONS ONTO PREPARED COOKIE SHEET.

  8. BAKE 8-10 MINUTES
