| 1/2 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 | cup soy flour |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 | tsp ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 | cup semi sweet chocolate chips |
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. SPRAY COOKIE SHEET WITH COOKING SPRAY
- IN A LARGE BOWL CREAM TOGETHER APPLESAUCE AND BROWN SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH.
- BEAT IN EGG WHITES . HEN STIR IN MILK AND VANILLA
- SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR AND CINNAMON. ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE.
- ADD OATS 1 CUP AT A TIME MIXING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION.
- FOLD IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- DROP BY ROUNDED TEASPOONS ONTO PREPARED COOKIE SHEET.
- BAKE 8-10 MINUTES
