These are really good.
| 2 | cups all purpose flour |
| 2 1/2 | tsp baking powder |
| 2 | tsp sugar |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1 | cup skim milk(you may need more) |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1/4 | cup unsweetened cocoa |
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Mix together wet ingredients.
- Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring until moist.
- Let mixture rest for 30 seconds.
- Spoon onto a hot griddle.
