LOL - I think you and I are one....he he...I made a chocolate banana smoothie last night!

I used 4oz. of Almond breese - 30 cals

1 tsp of lite chocolate syurp - 25 cals

2 tbsp of pb2 - 54 cals

1/2 banana - 50 cals

ice

Total: 159  :)

Wow!  Reeses peanut butter cup in a glass!

...sorry, just reread....I meant: Breeze...not breese. :)

And Syrup...not syurp...jeeeeeeze.....I wonder if I should even be at work today.  *cough*cough*

I use cocoa powder instead of syrup in mine.  :)
Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothies are heaven :)

I use 2% Milk and real peanut butter because im trying to gain weight [=. So i need the calories and protein hehe.

...and you should absolutely continue to!!

If you like banana, I suggest throwing a whole banana in for yours....it was absolutely to die for and really, I don't make smoothies very often, but had a chocolate peanut butter craving. :)

I dont have any bananasssssss :( lol

I'll make sure to pick them up at the store!
that sounds delicious.
i cant get enough of them lol..

im having one right now [=.
OH MY GOD!  I saw this theother day and finally just made it (subed cocoa powder for the syrup b/c I didn't have choc. syrup, but everythign else was the same)...

IT IS DELICIOUS!!!!! Thatnks so much for posting this.  I really feel like I'm drinking a reese's PB cup.
glad you liked it :)
think you should come and live at my house, you always seem to be posting interesting sweet treats that i would never make the effort to think of. I may try this
This was absolutely amazing!!! :) It's a GREAT sweet treat!
I am now officailly obsessed with smoothies since I tried this.  My newest one:

1 cup chocolate soy milk

2 T sugar free raspberry flavored syrup

1 tsp cocoa powder

splenda

ice

Delish!

I buy lots of those sugar free flavored syrups so I am constantly making different flovors of these.  Its like eating ice cream again, which I can't really do since I'm lactose intolerant.  Its way easier to make these with Lactaid milk or soy milk than to try to find good tasting soy ice cream.
does that taste like chocolatey Rasberryish??? :)

Im going to try that one..it sounds yummy.
Yeah , it tastes kinda like raspberry ice cream with chocolate chips.

Hey guys,

i like to make smoothies like this too! I have them for breakfast all the time

I like to throw fat free yogurt into them, because it makes it really creamy and flavorful. for example, raspberry or strawberry yogurt with frozen berries plus some cocoa powder and a bit of chocolate soymilk.

or i use banana, but instead of fresh one i use one that's been in the freezer overnight. throw this in with some chocolate soymilk, cocoa powder, and a tablespoon of better 'n peanut butter... mmm! for some reason the frozen banana really makes it.

Since ornella made the original post I have seriously become a smoothie addict.  Here's my list that I have going of ones that I've made:

Choc. PB, Choc. Raspberry, Choc. Mocha, Choc. Peppermint, Choc. Caramel, Vanilla Caramel, Vanilla PB, Vanilla Cinnamon, Vanilla Raspberry...the list goes on and on...I cannot get enough!
Wow thats alot of combinations minie.......

You are very creative with making smoothies
