I'll tell you this, if you want some chocolate and something good for you, I suggest...

Are you ready?...

DARK CHOCOLATE

Some of you have probably heard of that dark chocolate is good for your heart and very yummy. For some people, the richer the dark chocolate, the less they eat. I can be either splurge or a tiny bit of chocolate. Cheap chocolate makes me want more. If you're like me, then here's some brands to suggest that are pretty yummy for any dark chocolate or milk chocolate lover!

~Dagoba (found in organic section at Fred Meyers)

~Endangered Species (Can be found at Fred Meyer in the organic section)

~Godiva (Macy's and maybe some other stores...)

~Girardelli-did I spell that right? ( It depends on the chocolate you get)

~Belgian Chocolates (Costco, somewhere else would be great...)

~Lindt Lindor Truffles (Try not to get white chocolate. It doesn't even have a trace of cocoa in it. If you're craving chocolate, avoid the white chocolate truffles!!!!)

I hope that this helped you with figuring out how to tame your chocolate craving!Smile

I completely agree with you on that one. The darker the chocolate the better it is for you.

Unfortunately for me I don't like dark chocolate so I stick to milk chocolate.

The calories are not the issue but whether it's organic or not.

The more refined sugars involved the more it will damage our systems.

I recommend Green & Black's Organic Milk Chocolate. It just tastes amazing and our bodies can deal with all the calories because it's organic!

Cheers

Green and Black's Chocolate is good! They're Ginger Chocolate is sooo good! I could understand however if you don't like it... My Dad didn't like it when he had it.

It also is dark...so that means that you probably won't like it.

Where can you get Green and Black's Chocolate?

Weirdly, Green & Black is at my local Ingles in Cartersville, GA. They carry dark, milk and almond. Boy I wish I could get some of that ginger chocolate!

I like the Lindt dark flavors, especially the citrus.

Ghirardelli now comes in 85% as well as 72% and 60% dark. Some of the 72% ("Intense") flavors, like espresso, mint & orange, are very nice.

I find Ghirardelli squares at Ingles, the "intense" dark stuff at Publix, Wal-Mart (shudder) and sometimes Rite Aid or CVS drug stores.

Oh man, Ghirardelli's 100% baking chocolate is the best.  I'm the least likely to binge on that too, though it's my favorite...mmmmmmm
