Recipe Ingredients for cholay

1 cup chickpeas,boiled
4 tomatoes
1 onion
1 cup coriander
5 green chilies
2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon tamarind paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 clove
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp red chili
1 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for cholay

  1. grind everything other than chickpeas into a paste

  2. heat oil, cook the paste till oil seperates

  3. add chickpeas and cook for some more time
