I know what foods to feed him, and that he has to get working out with me, but I am not sure where to find a list of these things online. I need to be able to show him why he has an egg white omelete instead of a regular one.
Does anyone have a good site to find this?

There are ALOT of websites with info on how to control cholesterol. I tried to find one that was like a simple condensed list to keep it simple & not overwhelm him....but couldn't find one as simple as I would have liked. The sites below have some very good info that you can sort through & print out the parts that you think he'll respond to/accept the best.....

High cholesterol is mostly caused by genetics. You could feed him nothing but egg whites and he could still wind up needing medicine to lower it.
Thanks all. It IS genetic that he has choleserol, but he is also 30 pounds overweight and that would help if I could get him to lose that. And get moving. Then I bet it would at least go down. I feel like it is my job as his wife to make sure he is a healthy one ![]()
Thanks SO much for all the links I am gonna go through them now and then I think type up my own list.
