Err, I haven't sampled their sandwiches, but here are a few things off the top of my head:

Fruit and Nut Oatmeal - 100 or 150 cals?

Sugar free Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake - 300 - 360 cals (I actually like this far too much for my own good)

I also read that their breakfast sandwiches are pretty low cal too, ~300 calories.

They have Skinny Lattes for 100 cals, you can ask them to add a dash of sugar free syrup if you want.

Try punching in the zip code 77030 and clicking any random store for more food info. They say there is regional variation, but I can't imagine it is really all that different.

Here is nutritional info for the drinks: http://www.starbucks.com/retail/nutrition_bev erages.asp ;

For the food I found this, although I don't think it has everything: http://dietbites.com/Foods-Nutrition-Index/st arbucks-carlories-carbs-fat-protein.html

fruit and nut oatmeal is 240 calories

the oatmeal itself is 140 calories (prepared with water)

and the fruit and nut pack is an additional 100 calories

you need to add even more calories if you ask for it to be prepared with milk instead of water

Stay clear of the muffins and scones, they are about 400 calories and the have tons of sugar and fat, even the 'low-fat' is still way more fat than I'd want in a muffin.  Eating a bagel is better than their muffins.

If they have a ham breakfast sandwich with no cheese, that would probably be the most bang for your calories.  Their Ham, egg and cheddar one has 360 calories, 15 g of fat and 20 g of protein, if you knocked the cheese off that would probably be less 80-100 calories and 5-8g of fat, so that's pretty good (info from the website).

Edit:  The sausage one is 500 calories and 30g of fat!!  For that little sandwich...yuck.

their cakes are loaded with sugar and fat. Stay clear of their cakes.

Do you know that starbucks carry fresh bananas?? you can get one or two of those. also, they have trail mix ( without chocolate), healthy almonds and cashew. I also like their biscuits with coffee. It is 150 cals per one biscuit for a quick sweet fix.

they have fruit snacks. I tried their sands. turkey, tuna and egg. they are good. I think some of them have mustard, some don't.

Most airports will have either quiznos or subway. Much better alternative.

I went to Starbucks today for a "Skinny Blueberry Muffin". Looked on their website after and it was 360 calories! (Calorie Count said they were about 460, which I think is wrong). What a waste... I had already had lunch so have now overeaten for the day!

The Starbucks in airpports usually don't have the same food as regular Starbucks stores.  Airport concessions are usually run by a single vendor and they sell the same packaged sandwiches and cakes in the Starbucks that they sell in the Newsstand.
