Chowing down...like crzy...RIGHT NOW....literally!!
Binging can be caused by a lot of things. How many calories are you eating on average? Do you deny yourself certain foods for a long period of time?
Egg whites, with Salsa, a slice of no fat cheese
Fruits, veggies,milk, yogurt...
Plain chicken breast...
just cause all that is so easy to make...I NEVER eat junk food of ANYKIND...ever.
I have NO clue how many cals I am getting....Must be enough, cause I eat ALLLLL day long...but I dont eat TOO many for sure. So am I gonna like balloon up too 4-5 lbs extra in one night now?! Like if I ate 2000 extra cals today..cause of a binge!?
Well, from what you listed alone does NOT sound like enough calories to reach maintainence even, and if you deny yourself junk food when your body is used to eating junk food, it's like going cold turkey from cigarettes. The more you deny yourself sweets, the more you crave them.
go ahead and log in your calories for one day, if it's under 1,200 (if you're an adult female) or at LEAST 1,500 if you're a teenager, and even MORE if you're active at all. Otherwise, you'll just set yourself up for these kinds of binges. Trust me on that.
I will take ur advice and log those cals actually....
I deny myself the junk..because...i am one of those people that cant have a taste...I have a lil and then i go nuts.....like what happend tonight....it all started with a simple bowl of cereal...then another....then like 9 granola bars, and then a bun with cheeze and mayo...and two glasses of milk.

I binged recently as well. I've got that same mentality where I can't have ANY sweets, or I'll go crazy on those, like chips or ice cream. I have no idea what triggered my binge lately, i wasn't even that hungry when I did it: 9 bagel bites and 4 Smuckers PB and J Uncrustables (disgusting, I know). I even looked at the ingredients for the Uncrustables and was disgusted. I just kept popping them in the microwave for 10 seconds to de-thaw. And what was weird was, I wasn't even super stuffed afterward! I don't think I gained any weight though, I was still under maintenance.
I have only been getting 1200-1400 cals lately, even when I play tennis and burn 200-350 cals. I guess I'll try to eat more? Or at least eat when I'm hungry, not famished.
Maybe your binge was triggered because you never eat any junk food or maybe because your body needed something that the granola bars provided. I know If I only ate what you did, i'd be craving stuff like crazy!
