25-35 Pounds By Christmas? ***GROUP CLOSED***

Christmas is approximately 22 weeks away, give or take a few days. I would like to lose a minimum of 28 pounds by then...but losing 35 pounds would be even more awesome!!! I think this is a healthy and realistic goal...25-35 pounds in about, let's call it 21 weeks, is the equivalent of losing 1.19-1.66 pounds a week.
Would anyone like to join me? I would like to find a group of committed people who can support one another and celebrate together all along the way. Is anyone with me? I find it easiest to weigh in on Fridays, but we can each weigh in whenever. Just check in and support one another at least twice a week!
I currently weigh 222.4...I am trying to get to 195 by Christmas and 188 would be downright awesome!

I've lost 4lbs. this week. I am pumped! I've never been able to lose weight without being really sick before. This is so cool and powerful. Thanks for the reply about the eat and burn meters. It was helpful. I spent three hours in the pool yesterday. I am so sore, but I feel great!

Hi Everyone!  I got lucky this week!

I lost 3 pounds!!!  I had to take a break from my workouts due to an infection that I have been fighting for 3 weeks, so maybe my body just needed a break!

I actually gained some at the beginning of this week so even though it seems like I didn't lose any weight, I am feeling good about the numbers... =) at least I'm going down.. ounces at a time but down!

Good morning and Happy Friday!

Last week I weighed 169 and this week I'm at 168, so I have lost one pound!  When I first started CC, I was losing around 2 pounds a week...and now I've slowed down to about 1/2 to 1 pound a week...calories have been the same and I actually started walking more.  Hmmmmm...oh well, I'll take 1/2 pound loss any day over not losing anything at all!

And having my clothes fit better and people noticing that I've lost weight...very nice!

20 pounds total to go to my Goal Weight of 148....

The 1st week is always the easiest for me.  I lost 4 pounds, but I know in my heart that the difficult task is enduring the times ahead when the weight loss is barely noticeable. 

I've read all your posts and noticed all the great progress going on.  GOOD JOB!  Sticking with this challenge is half the battle.
