Christmas Miracle Challenge!
Hey there yall..
I am looking for some people to get into a serious challenge mode!!! To loose a goal weight by Christmas! It will be the best present you can give to yourself!

This is going to be mine every week:
10 miles on my bike
700 crunches
300 minutes of cardio and weights
Is that good enough? I don't know I guess after my first week I'll find out!! lol. We will start on Monday after we get some people interested!!
Start September 20th
End December 25th
We can do this. Challenge yourself to move weekly. This will be awesome and we can loose the weight by Christmas!!

Back from 2 weeks in China, my goal for the trip was to "not gain" and I did it!!!!

I'm back on the calorie/exercise band-wagon. I think I've really turned this thing around! (I am so proud of being away for 2 weeks and not gaining ;-)

Halloween seriously messed up my calorie counting but it is okay because there is always today. :3 I seriously don't know how much candy I hate but at least it was all fun size!
CW: 141-142, it is right inbetween those numbers.
Christmas GW: 135lbs
So I have fallen off the wagon! Here I am back again tho! I luckily haven't messed up too bad, because my predicted goal date is still in reach according to caloriecount.
So I was down to 128, but went on vacation that sent me to 135.
The last week I've been doing moderate recovery from it!
So now I'm 133.
8 pounds to go till Christmas!

anniversary was the second, plus halloween and my birthday is the 4th... went to a buffet had ice cream and halloween candy... hopefully didn't gain back too much. i still exercised though so i hope that helps.. .
Update:
while I'm not supposed to check my weight for awhile i did (cause it's my birthday and i can do whatever i want :P) and i didn't gain any weight so I think it's gonna be a godo week. i feel very happy about life right now hehe

This Week's Goals: Get back on the freakin' wagon, stop being lazy, get my exercise in, and freakin count calories even I don't feel like it. Goal weight for next week: 164.0 again.

I've been slacking. Obviously. I'm making some bad choices. But enough. I look at this horrible horrible excuse for a weigh-in as a personal challenge. There are no excuses for this. I'm WAY off course for my Christmas goal, but I still want to see exactly how much I can lose before then. I'm done with the off-on dieting. From now on I'm gonna get off my lazy butt and exercise everyday. I'm gonna eat right, clean up this messy house, and take care of my family how they deserve to be taken care of. My Mom was always in control of everything. I'm done being controlled by my laziness and by my mess. I want to be like my Mom. I want to be in control. And it will happen. You better believe that.

I'm sure my weight will be up next weigh in too and i was feeling down about it (darn halloween)
but just reading your post made me a feel a lot better about the whole thing. I need to work harder and do better (I need some willpower)

This Week's Goals: Don't let no weight loss get to me. Just keep in mind that ll my hard work will eventually pay off, even if it doesn't happen right away. Also, at least 10 mins of exercise daily. 10 minutes shouldn't be too hard to achieve.

Hey everyone~ Posting a little late, but it was because my TOM started, so I didn't want to record my weight to see if it dropped again in these few days, but it hasn't. I've been really good lately though. I've been doing some light exercise, and I have been eating well everyday. It's hard to keep going when nothing is happening on the scale, but I'm pretty determined. I wanna see those numbers go down. So I'll stick with it, and hopefully will have better progress next week. Looks like everyone else is doing well! I hope we all look super good for Christmas! Mucho love everyone.

Only .6 of a pound this week, which is fine. Last week's 3 pound loss was very unusual, this has me back on track to the slow loss I'm used to.
