Recipe Ingredients for Chucrut

1 head cabbage
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
120 g beef franks , 3 links
3 potatoes, small and baked

Recipe Directions for Chucrut

  1. Chopped the cabbage and cooked with the vinager, water, salt and pepper.

  2. When the cabbage is cooked, add the cooked potatotes in dices and the sausage (previously boiled).
