Cilantro Pesto

1 cup fresh well-packed cilantro leaves (use basil if you prefer)

1 tomato, chopped

1 garlic clove, pressed or minced

1 tbsp toated pine nuts

1/2 tsp salt

Blitz ingreidients in blender or food processor. Makes 1 cup. Low fat& tasty on sandwiches, veggie burgers, ect.

Per 1-OZ Serving: 14 Calories, .7G Protein, .8G Fat

Verry interesting - tomato instead of all that olive oil!  I love it.
