I read something in a magazine today called cinialb, it is some type of natural weight loss.  does anyone here know anything about this, know someone who has taken it, or know of any side affects?

Hi -void-! I noticed that a couple of times you have asked about magic weight loss pills. Save yourself the trouble and don't get involved with them. They usually do more harm than good.

I use the following website when planning my grocery shopping, it is a list of The World's Healthiest Foods:

http://www.whfoods.com/foodstoc.php

Eat good healthy wholesome foods in moderation, drink plenty of water, get a good amount of sleep, exercise. That is all it takes.

Try to have a good ratio of calories, 40-50% Carbs, 25-35% protein, 20-30% fat. Under 2500 mg of sodium and over 25 grams of fiber.  Never go under 1200 calories per day if you are a female, because your body will go into starvation mode and it is possible that you mind gain weight, besides doing damage to your body. (1500 if you are male.) Increase the number of calories if you particpate in any form of exercise. As a female, your body needs 1200 calories just to function.

When your down to the last 5-10 lbs, you should just focus on toning. Tone. Tone. Tone. Start lifting weights, keep up the cardio. As for the number of calories, don't reduce by no more than 500 less than what you burn. Only, if you have 20 or more lbs to loss, then don't reduce by no more than 1000 calories less than what you burn.
what i was told, and have also noticed is that all the healthy foods on
the whfoods list are found on the outside aisled of the store - so i
try really hard to stick to the outside walls (HAVE to go into an aisle
for coffee, but   could be worse!) kathi
