Cinnamon Apples Recipe

Apples sauteed in cinnamon and sugar. Great for breakfast

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
2 large apples
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. Peel, core, and slice apples

  2. melt butter over medium heat in saucepan

  3. add apples and cook, stirring constantly until tender

  4. dissolve cornstarch in water and add to apples

  5. stir in brown sugar and cinnamon

  6. boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
