Baked apple, no butter
| 1 | apple |
| 1 | tablespoon brown sugar |
| 1/4 | teaspoon cinnamon |
- preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix one Tablespoon brown sugar with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Cut apple into eighths. Remove the core from each slice, and stem and calyx. Cup a piece of foil large enough to wrap the apple in one hand and position apple pieces within the cupped foil to form a whole apple, except for two of the slices.
- fill the hollowed center of the apple with the sugar/cinnamon mixture, and top with the last two slices of apple. Wrap the foil around the apple and seal. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
