The Cinnamon Challenge
So the other day my friend told me about "the cinnamon challange".. basically it is..
Eat 1teaspoon of cinnamon..
So thinking this is a breeze, I tried it... being very cocky about it.. and started gagging and puked lmao. And i have a VERY strong stomach!!!!
Anyone else ever tried this? (I'm planning to get my friends to do it at our next party.. it's ONLY a teaspoon after all... hahahaha
)
Mix it with some pumpkin, milk, egg, splenda....nutmeg....ginger.... and then bake it! mmm pumpkin pie....
I'm assuming your referring to the health benefits, right?
cinnamon is really good for you, it's easy to get enough of if you include it in your food. I brew my coffee with cinnamon in the filter and love the flavor it adds. I also put it in oatmeal or mix it with peanut butter.
I can imagine it would be pretty impossible to try to eat a teaspoon of it by itself. Yuck...
