Do you mean exercising using the elliptical as a part of your workout regime?

Well, C25K is a run/walk program, so I don't know how that would work on an elliptical, since you can neither run nor walk while on it.  I guess you can always use the program guidelines to do something similar to intervals, i.e., "faster" elliptical portions followed by "slower" elliptical portions.... but honestly, C25K is designed to allow people to up their running mileage slowly, so I think you'd be better of using a treadmill to run/walk with C25K -- or just run outside.

If you're looking for something to do on an elliptical machine, however, my guess is that some other form of HIIT-like intervals (30 seconds all-out as fast as you can go, followed by 90 seconds active recovery, just to give you an example) would be more effective.  Just do a search on High Intensity Interval Training and you will find various different programs you can follow.

But, hey, it's all about what type of workout you think YOU can stick to/enjoy.

Ok, I see your point.  I want to do C25k, but I will try it out side since I don't have a treadmill.
