| 1 1/2 | cups chickpeas |
| 2 | cups cauliflower |
| 1 | tbs olive oil |
| 1 | tsp curry powder |
| 1/2 | cup onions, chopped |
| 1/2 | cup tomatoes, diced |
- Saute the onions and curry powder or use garam masala or a mixture of ground indian spices) in the olive oil. Add the drained chickpeas and cauliflower.
- Add 1 cup of water.
- Add garam masala spices, or curry powder to taste.
- Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until the cauliflower is tender.
