| 4 | oz chicken meat, roasted |
| 1 | cup carrots, sliced |
| 1/4 | cup leeks, sliced |
| 1/2 | cup celery, chopped |
| 2 | cups broth, low sodium |
| 2 | cups water |
- Put everything into a saucepan and bring to a boil
- Reduce to a simmer
- add fresh parsley and herbs to taste
- Simmer for 20 minutes
