What to classify this as?
I have just started doing some new exercises as part of my gym routine and I'm wondering what the heck to classify them as. There are a set of weight machines with different moves attached, one where you pull down, one where you push out, a thigh curl, a leg lift and a weird one for your ass and the front of your thighs, where you push a pedal back from just behind you by extending the leg backwards (I think?).
The guy at the gym suggested doing 2 circuits of these machines with 15 reps apiece, after I asked where would be best to go for toning thighs and upper arms. I've no idea what weight to go with, right now I've them set to 15kg for my arms and 25kg for my legs, and I have no idea what to class them as on here. I also do a 13 min stint on the treadmill to start, to finish and between the two circuits, though I log these separately. Any ideas? Tips would be much appreciated!
